Synthetic wicker is a man-made material that is designed to mimic the look of natural rattan. It’s incredibly weather-resistant and won’t crack, fade or become brittle after exposure to sunlight and moisture, making it far more suited to outdoor settings than natural wicker.

Yes, absolutely! We use high-quality polyester fabrics that have been specifically designed for outdoor environments in all of our cushions and textiles. They are UV-resistant, quick-drying and specially treated to repel moisture and light stains. While our fabrics perform well outdoors, they are not fully weatherproof and should be stored in a clean, dry space when not in use to keep them in the best condition.

To keep your outdoor cushions in the best possible condition, you should regularly brush them to remove any dust or dirt. For stubborn stains or a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water and gently dab the cushion with a damp cloth. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and then allow the cushions to air dry before using them again. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes, as this may cause further damage.

If you want to wash your cushion covers in a washing machine, this is usually possible, but we recommend checking the care instructions for each specific cushion first.

While all outdoor fabrics will naturally fade over time when exposed to sunlight, our textiles are UV-treated. This significantly slows the process down and keeps your fabrics brighter for longer. You can also extend this lifespan by using protective covers and storing cushions in a shaded area when not in use.

No, most of the products we supply require minimal maintenance. However, regular cleaning and seasonal checks will help to keep your furniture looking its best. Our aluminium and steel products can be cleaned periodically with water and mild soap, while our synthetic wicker only requires occasional rinsing. Yes, for your peace of mind, all of our products come with a comprehensive warranty. These comply with EU warranty regulations, and many items include extended coverage of up to five years.

Aluminium has several advantages over other materials: it’s robust, strong and rust-free. It’s also very resistant to humidity, UV and adverse weather, and requires little to no maintenance to keep it looking its best. This makes it ideal for outdoor use.

Anyone with basic assembly skills can install a pergola. However, for ease, we suggest making this a two-person job. When installing a pergola, it’s essential to secure it to a stable surface, using adequate hardware and a foundation with a minimum depth of 60cm.

Our pergolas require little to no maintenance. However, if you want to extend the lifespan of your product, we recommend cleaning it occasionally using a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. If you notice any noise from the louvres, simply apply a small amount of lubricant to the bearings to ensure smooth operation.

If it’s raining, we recommend you close the roof of your pergola so that water can filter through the drainage system. 

Our pergolas are engineered to withstand a load of 125 kg/m². However, during heavy snow, we strongly advise opening the louvres to prevent snow from collecting and reduce the risk of collapse.

Our pergolas come with a five-year warranty for your peace of mind, while our pergola spare parts are guaranteed for 10 years.
