We’re so confident in the quality of our products that we provide long-term warranties to ensure you’re protected if something goes wrong. All our warranties comply with EU regulations; in fact, many go beyond this for extra reassurance.

The terms of our garden furniture warranties vary depending on the product, but here’s a rough breakdown:

• Aluminium products that include fabric: Aluminium frames are guaranteed for five years and the fabric is guaranteed for three years.

• Steel mesh products are guaranteed for five years.

• Synthetic wicker products are guaranteed for three years.

• Aluminium and rope products are guaranteed for three years.

• Aluminium and teak products: Aluminium frames are guaranteed for five years, while teak components are guaranteed for three years.

• Fairstone® products are guaranteed for five years.

• Parasols and umbrellas are guaranteed for two years.
